I still don't want to start deleting stuff, but as the membership continues to increase, it might get to that point.  Please follow the - THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE logic - and also follow these guidelines when you post.  I want this to be a fun place and I want people to continue to share reports, stories, tactics, go fishing together etc...but I don't want things to get heated.

1.  DON'T post any reports or pictures that directly reference a specific fishing location.   Be vague for the sake of your honey hole, and others who fish that honey hole.  Posting a report that "I caught five bass on the Delaware" is fine.  I would NOT suggest posting "I caught five bass on the Delaware on the Eastern down stream corner of the third bridge piling of the Tacony bridge".

2.  DO NOT ask members where they caught a fish on the public forum.   If you are so inclined, ask them via personal message.  People have the right to make a decision if they want to share information.

3.  DO NOT be abusive or agressive to other members, both on the forum or on the water.  Respect people's personal space and their knowledge.

4.  DON'T BE A JERK!!!   Everyone has a different perspective, provided their angling practices are within the law and they are not abusing the environment, respect other people's angling preferences!

5. Be nice and share.  You'll be amazed at what being friendly and nice can do for you.

6. Don't post fake reports.

What if we want to post a fake report to divert the masses to some unproductive spot?  (I'm just kidding, of course, maybe...  Evil)

I was not sure where to post this, since the thread it "should" be under was locked.
we should also mention, We do not condone any illegal actions in the sport of fishing.  Weather it is keeping undersized, or the use of certain fish for bait. If it is stated in the PA rules and regulations book, (or any state we maybe fishing), WE as anglers need to follow it.

Welcome Northport! Always good to have another fisherman around. I have been meaning to hit the upper half of the Skuke for smallies all summer, just finding the time has been the challenge. I'll get out on that stretch for the fall bite!
