Funny thing when I keep the Perch an Sunny in the" holding container" to use as bait after 3 days or so they go belly up...but i didnt have a fancy setup could be water movement wasnt enough for them...

Any fish will die if left in a bait container for a length of time when that container isn't being oxygenated and cooled. It will happen faster with more and or bigger bait, but even just a few will still use up all of the dissolved oxygen in the water. Kinda like being trapped in a small room with no ventilation.

There comes a time in life when you walk away from all the pointless drama, and the people who create it, and surround yourself with people who make you laugh so hard that you forget the bad and focus on the good. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Don't sweat what doesn't matter and focus on what does!!! Live... it...Love it......Fish it.
Conquer HAPPINESS!!!!
Tight lines.
Throw your lure in the water and put the puzzle together..

A few weeks ago when me and chris couldnt catch a flathead to save our lives we started exploring the shallows. Caught this little guy and a whole bunch of darters and crawdads. I think they all became food for chris's crappies.

Hard to tell Romo but if I had to guess I'd say margined madtom. I have a few and I love them. The look like mini channel cats and stay very small. Great community fish and very active though some hide all the time. Very cool to watch them find food with their whiskers.
