This one is for the non-haters...

Big win against the Jazz over the weekend.  Nice to see Iggy dominate, even though he was matched up against a rookie.

Go Sixers!  popcorn

You can tell its been a cold winter when people want to talk about the NBA, let alone the sixers. Get out and fish you bums!

I'm a 76ers/NBA fan no matter how cold it is.  Dont hate.

Yeah Jude, the Knicks are looking over their shoulder.

But we are only 1/2 way through the season, tons of time left.

They are looking good. Other than Denver, they have an "easier" schedule ahead. It'll be a nice chance to push up a bit in the standings. Can't wait to be at the game on the 4th against New York!

BTW, how about Cleveland? 18 losses in a row?!  :o

Yup, nice schedule coming up.  Denver is beatable too.

Awesome game to be at vs. NY.  I have only been to a few games so far this season.  But I was at the Celtics game that they lost to Garnets buzzer beater.  My nephew Ryan and I had basebine seates.  Garnett pretty much landed right in front of us on that play.  That game was a packed house.  I am sure NY will have a crowd too.

Cleveland has the Lebron James blues.  :'(

What a collapse last night. They NEED to start putting these bad teams away when they are given the chance.

Nice win over the Nuggets tonight! As I've said a thousand times, then need to start beating these damn shitty teams! The Sixers are not a real bad team!

Yup.

Dre shut down Melo.  He defends high profile players very well, I gotta give him that.  And Thad is gonna win 6th man of the year, by the way.

Nice to see them keep the throttle down in the 4th quarter.

Gotta beat the Nets.  Then get ready for the big double-header vs. the Knicks.  popcorn

I kind of don't like to see them win right now. Lets face it, they play in a weak conference in the weaker of the two divisions. With the players they have right now they don't have a chance in hell at winning a championship within the next five years. They aren't going to be able to match the money put up by the Knicks or the rich ass russian who bought the nets for a marquis free agent next season. Their best bet right now is to get more chances in the draft lottery for a top pick, and with every win they get further away from that. I'd rather have a couple of bad seasons with a chance to become a contender, than get stuck as mediocre team for the next 10 years...  :-\

Pro basketball was ruined by nightly games and the expansion with too many teams.  The talent pool is weak and there's too many teams that start a gaggle of mediocre, overpaid chumps.  There's about 4-6 teams that actually have a shot at making a run at the championship, all the rest of the teams are B-league cannon fodder.

I've always liked college B-ball better and the last meaningful Sixers game I went to....an up and coming Vanilla Ice performed a 30-minute medley after the game, he had sick dance moves.

Matt- I agree with the college Bball..  It seems like 90% if not more of the players in the NBA play like ass. They look like lazy employees  more than NBA players.  Those in college play much harder so they can get scholarships and maybe make it to the big leagues one day. At this rate, they will have to pay ppl to come watch NBA pretty soon.

Its more valuable to win now and get playoff experience then it is to lose in hopes of a good prospect for next year.  We are done with our bad seasons, we have the young players, now its time for them to get a taste of winning.

Speaking of winning...  Last night was a monster win.  76ers dominated.  popcorn

I'll take experience over getting lucky in the draft any day. Last night's win on the Spurs was HUGE. The Spurs are by far the best team in the NBA. The Sixers are playing with a lot of confidence. It should be a fun ride.
