That's great George. its good to know there is still people like you who care. That goose well be livin large for a day or 2. I like how it's just eating corn in the cage like nothing's wrong. Hopefully the wildlife center will release him back down to his hangout.

He certainly enjoyed his ride to the clinic. He was in a weakened state and put up very little struggle. Our carp nets are good for more than just landing carp.

I was jonesin to get out and do some carping before the storm this evening and was able to pull this nice fish out right before the down pour. I was trying a new venue without any pre baiting so I wasn't expecting any fish. I didn't have my scale on me but from catching a good amount of high doubles and a few 30s this fish was pushing close to 30 easy.

It's always nice fishing a new venue without prebaiting and catching a nice fish. Well done!

Got out for a few hours again this evening and managed to get 2 nice carp on the bank. I lost 2 fish due to hook pulls on the initial runs. Here was my best.IMAG0517.jpg

The Frankford creek. Right where it meets the Delaware river. Its not the most attractive swim, It's rather dirty but the fish don't seem to mind.
